We like children at the Naval Museum and most children seem to like us. Maybe it is because we provide fun activities that are both informative and entertaining for children and their families.

Every Sunday in spring and autumn we offer Sunday fun – anything from music, kid’s theatre, competitions and games, to educational outings and courses. Each school break we run activities free of charge for kids and school-goers – every year a new theme.

Dunder’s Deck  is an open deck full of activities where children can play freely or test their skills.  In the Sailors’ workshop  both adults and children can try their hand at maritime pastimes as long as they like. Finally there is the Ship simulator where the slightly older children can test their skills at steering a ship.
