Bistro Skeppsgossen is located inside the Naval Museum and offers beautiful views of the museum ships and the historic surroundings of Stumholmen. Here you can enjoy a lunch buffet with daily specials and classic Swedish home-cooked dishes such as raggmunkar (potato pancakes), kroppkakor (potato dumplings), and fried herring. There are also special children’s meals available at a reduced price. Take a coffee break or enjoy award-winning ice cream from Karlskronaglass on the sunny outdoor terrace — a perfect pause during your museum visit!

Weekend and Blekinge buffet
At weekends, we serve our classic Swedish meatballs with mashed potatoes, cream sauce and pressed cucumber, as well as a traditional roast with gravy and redcurrant jelly.
The buffet also includes freshly made potato pancakes, homemade kroppkakor (Swedish potato dumplings), fried herring and a large salad buffet with a variety of tasty accompaniments.

The resturant primarily use Swedish ingredients and limit deliveries to a few times a week to reduce environmental impact. All food is made fresh daily to maintain quality and minimize food waste.
