The exhibition tells the story of navigation in earlier times. You will learn about the history of navigation and follow the art of seafaring through the centuries.
The exhibition features delicate navigational instruments from the collections of the Naval Museum and the Maritime Museum. Among the items on display are an astrolabe and the first handwritten version of Petter Gedda’s sea atlas from 1693.
