Cancellation policy
Guided tours during opening hours
Guided tours can be cancelled free of charge until 12.00 noon, two working days before the date of your visit. After this deadline, 100% of the tour price will be charged.
Evening bookings and conferences
- Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days before the date of your visit.
- For cancellations made 7–14 days before the visit, 50% of the agreed price will be charged.
- For cancellations made 1–6 days before the visit, 100% of the agreed price will be charged.
